This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on our website (our website) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.

1.  In General

Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our privacy policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not use this Website. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice.

2. Privacy

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy.

3. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

– You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

– You are at least 18 years old.

4. Terms of sale

4.1     By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

4.2     In order to contract with Zeba’ish you must be over 18 years of age. Zeba’ish retains the right to refuse any request or any order made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm.

4.3     When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

4.4     The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate.

4.5     All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

4.6     We are not held liable for any damages as items are checked thoroughly before being dispatched.

4.7     All Garments are priced in GBP (Great Britain Pounds)

5. The contract between you and us

5.1     After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product is available. The contract between us will be formed when we confirm your order, not when we dispatch it, which then the order can not be cancelled.

5.2     Upon Confirmation, we will then charge your payment in full. We will not process or dispatch your order until full payment has been received.

5.3      If you make a mistake with your order, you can request any amendments by email within 3 working days from when your order is placed. If your order has already been processed you will be unable to amend your order.

5.4     The Contract will relate only to the Products which we have confirmed.

5.5     When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.

6. Customer Services & Complaints

All faults/discrepancies must be reported to our customer services within 7days of receipt. Any faults reported after 7 days, will be dealt with at the discretion of Zeba’ish.

Complaints can be emailed to, we do our best to assist in your matters and resolve amicably as soon as they arise.

7.  Sizing & Colours

7.1     We will provide a UK standard sizing chart for all garments and also a separate service to customize sizing.

7.2     We will not be held responsible for any misfits due to inaccurate sizing provided by the customer for both customized garments and standard sized garments.

7.3     We will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing given from international orders as a chart will be displayed with UK sizing available.

7.4     Specially instructed measuring diagrams will be provided for customized orders and so we will not be held responsible for any incorrect sizing we are given for garments.

7.5     Colour charts will be provided to choose from but please note that the colours may vary from light to dark due to brightness indifferences of computer monitor screens.

7.6     Brooches and jewellery attached to garments in images may vary subject to availability and will vary in colour and size.

7.7     Hand woven fabrics such as brocade prints may vary subject to availability and also changes in colour due to screen monitor brightness.

8. Customized Couture Garments

8.1     We will try our upmost best to ensure your order is followed as per your request.

8.2     Every garment is checked thoroughly to ensure there are no faults or mistakes before dispatch.

8.3     Stock pieces are also available to be customized, such as adding sleeves or shortening trouser lengths but these will be classed as customised garments.

8.4     Please note customized garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, but faults may be repaired.

8.5     Repairs will be provided for any proven faults, provided we are contacted at our customer services within 7days of delivery.

8.6     Any faults which are not due to any manufacturers fault, Zeba’ish will not be held responsible and you may be charged for repairs. See clauses 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6 and 7.7.

9. Service Availability

We only accept orders from individuals in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark (Europe in general), USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Arab Emirates. More information can be found on our delivery page.

10. Delivery

We will provide a delivery time scale for each order.

We will not be held responsible for any delays due to public holidays, items held up in customs and technical delays disrupting the orders. We advise customers to allow ample time for delivery and also advise customers to take out additional insurance for postage. Zeba’ish is not liable for the non-receipt of goods. Customers will also be given several options of delivery, which will be payable by you, the customer. Please refer to our Delivery page for more details.

Delivery time scales for bridal garments will vary from 16 to 20 weeks and sometimes may be more if the garments are heavily embroidered. Delivery time scales for party outfits is approximately 10 weeks. Exact time scales for all orders placed will be given upon confirmation.

11. Refunds & Returns

Customized garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds can only be offered for garments in stock which have not been customized. We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery, provided garments are returned in its brand new condition and show no signs of wear, with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.

Return postage is payable by the customer. We advise all customers to insure all garments they return, as Zeba’ish are not liable for non-receipt of goods.

Return costs will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Upon the garments being received back satisfactory, refunds will be given within 7 days.

In the event that non-qualifying items are returned to us, they will be held by us until payment has been made to have them returned to you.

UK purchases for non customized garments must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery, and International non customized garments must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items returned beyond this time will not be refunded and must be returned to you at your cost (unless agreed otherwise).

12. Registration & Accounts

Zeba’ish reserves the right to close an account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.

13. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, SOLO, MAESTRO and ELECTRON. We also accept payments via PAYPAL. All garment prices are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds).

14. Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order and it has already been dispatched and is not a customized garment, please return the Products to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

If you cancel a customised order after the duration of 3 working days, your deposit will be non refundable.

15. Promotional discount codes 

We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

These Terms and Conditions relate to all Zeba’ish promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated):

– Only one promotion code can be used per order.

– A promotion code can’t be used after an order has been placed.

16. Linking to this website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.

This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zeba’ish, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.

18. Variation

Zeba’ish shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

19. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

20. Governing law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
